Group workouts are held every Tuesday evening starting at 6PM at Kezar Stadium. Workouts are always free and we have training groups for all levels including Elite runners. Arrive early to warm up followed by interval or tempo paced sessions. After the workout, we all meet at the Mucky Duck Pub at 1315 9th St. Grab dinner around 9th & Irving and bring it inside!
