We host weekly workouts in both San Francisco and the Peninsula. Non-members are welcome to attend our practices to get to know the team!

San Francisco

workouts

San Francisco-based members meet on Tuesdays at 6 pm for interval workIn the winter and spring, we meet at Kezar Stadium (on the 350m mark)In the summer and fall, we train on the trails in Golden Gate Park. We often meet near the intersection of Kezar Drive and MLK Drive, but locations can vary.

We also meet less formally on Sundays at 9 am at McLaren Lodge in Golden Gate Park for a long run, and Thursdays at 7 am at the intersection of Oak and Baker for "Panhandle Pals"--an easy 5-6 miles around the park.

Peninsula workouts

Teammates based on the Peninsula meet every Saturday at 8:30 am at Stanford on Galvez St. and Tuesday mornings behind Peet’s Coffee in Los Altos (time varies; please contact us for details).
